We effectively clean the tile and grout using an appropriate method, then apply a new clear sealer. Other solutions for sealants can be offered to you. Waterborne epoxy grout colorants can be applied to recolor the grout joints, giving you an even color throughout the whole area. Grout colorants will seal and stop stains from seeping into your porous grout, making the cleaning process much easier. Along with a proper cleaning method, your grout will last more than10 years! You could save thousands of dollars using our method rather than going for a full renovation. A clear sealer may need to be re applied every 2 or 3 years, grout colorant doesn’t need to be redone.
Another option we offer is to re-grout using stain proof epoxy grout. We recommend epoxy in all areas but mainly in the shower, kitchen and heavy traffic areas. Epoxy grout is the best way to prevent a problem from coming back. Problems such as:
- Unhealthy mould and mildew
- Soap scum
- Mineral deposits
- Bacteria
Sometimes the only solution is to remove and replace everything and perform a new installation. In these cases we will ensure that all the most inexpensive options would be applied.
In all the solutions above it may also be required to remove and replace broken tiles and old silicone. Of course we would be proud to provide this service to you as well.
